How do I access Synchronicity?
While on a work computer navigate to https://synchronicity.iuhealth.org. If at home, please log in using your workplace VPN and then navigate to the above link using a web browser (Edge or Chrome). Access Synchronicity using your Cerner login credentials.
I cannot find my study in Synchronicity. Where is it?
Occasionally studies will not upload to Synchronicity. This can be for a number of reasons such as the machine being turned off before studies have upload, network connectivity issues, Synchronicity ingestion issues, amongst other reasons. Please refer to the Troubleshooting page for a walk through guide own how to navigate this issue.
