Starting a Program

Here are the required steps and resources to getting started with POCUS and Synchronicity.

Process Overview

Step 1

To begin, the POCUS team will need some basic information about your department, your equipment, users, and POCUS plans. We are also gauging leadership and user knowledge and attitudes towards POCUS so that we can help craft an implementation plan. Once these form are completed, the POCUS team will review and reach out to you.

Step 2

While your initial intake form is being reviewed, you can preview form 2. You will be asked to complete this after initial review. It asks for more technical information about your department's admin structure, ultrasound machines, educational programs, etc.
